We are very satisfied with the interior design designed and delivered by The Mind Design. In particular, we want to give a shoutout to Sam, our ID. As the eminent loft specialist in Singapore, they bring with them their expertise which allows them to develop beautiful designs for the loft. Within 1 week, Sam had managed to produce a design which met our expectations. He was also quick to accommodate any last-minute changes to the design. Instead of the typical laissez-faire ID where the ID simply designs and then outsources the work to subcontractors with no supervision, we were pleasantly surprised to see that Sam took the initiative to come down and inspect the work done by the subcontractors. Sam would frequently update us on the progress of the loft with photos. Also, we appreciated the attention to detail that he paid towards the work. The price was very reasonable as well. The process of building a loft is incredibly laborious due to the approval processes and design elements required for a tall structure. That being said, choosing The Mind Design was the correct choice since their prior expertise made the process quick and easy, even in the time of COVID-19.
