We visited a few IDs before we decided to work with Sam on our house renovation. Sam was recommended by an ex-colleague who assured me that the service and workmanship were something that I do not have to worry about. After settling the quotation, Sam provided the 3D drawings within a week. After a discussion on the designs and selection of laminates, he provided the revised drawings within a week and we were ready to start our renovation the following week. He coordinated with the electrician and followed strictly to the date and time we needed to start renovation without the presence of my husband and I. He helped us choose lights, curtains and sofa colour and provided suggestions on any big or small things that we asked him. Even after we paid him in full, he still arranged the carpenter and painter to help on the very minor touch-ups of the paint and fixtures he built. My husband and I have no complaints or regrets engaging him because he nabbed the look and feel we want and made the whole renovation process a fuss-free one. We would highly recommend our friends to use Sam if they are looking for IDs. Many thumbs up for his great service and dedication to get our dream house ready!
