After doing much research online, we found The Mind Design as we wanted to build a loft in our new condominium which has a unique high ceiling. Knowing that there are specific guidelines for lofts in a condominium, I wanted to be sure that it is done safely and also compliant to regulations. We are so grateful to have found Sam (based on their great reviews and experience with lofts), who has been so professional, dedicated and helpful throughout our journey of designing and renovation. His dedication to his job is commendable, as many of our meetings occur after office hours and over zoom, due to our hectic work schedule. Sam creatively incorporated our preferences and requests when coming up with the design plan, open to amendments and very attentive to details. One great bonus is that Sam and team has very good network of contractors, he even try to source for other options and selecting the best budget for some of the jobs involved. Overall, we are very happy with Sam and his team for helping us design our new home that we love very much! Thanks again SAM!
