Sam was the third ID I met during the selection process for the renovation of my apartment. I was impressed by his no nonsense and yet courteous approach to the discussion during our first meeting and I knew straight away he is the man for the project. When drawing up the design, Sam had been a good listener, he incorporated all my requirements and provided creative solution to area confined by space or structural constraint. The final design was beyond my expectation and it reflected the effort, thoroughness and creativity Sam put into his work. Renovation work was carried out in the midst of the pandemic. In spite of manpower shortage and logistical problem in the industry the project was completed on time and the quality was beyond reproach. His wide network of subcontractors which he can called upon at short notice was a big plus. Together with his experience and knowledge many site problems were expeditiously resolved. Throughout the renovation period, which can be challenging at times, Sam and I maintained a very good working relationship with many give and take along the way. The result is a beautiful and cosy apartment which I am proud to call home. Thank you Sam!
